Mission Accomplished!

Braelyn has been doing so good at gymnastics.  She has been determined to keep moving up to higher levels.  The one thing keeping her from the advanced level was the back hip circle on the bars.  Her coach told her if she did it at her next class, he would move her up to advanced.  She marched herself into class tonight with such determination I knew that she would be crushed if it didn't happen.  Little did I know, I had nothing to worry about!  She hopped up on that bar and did multiple back hip circles like she had been doing them her whole life!  She came flying up the stairs at the end of class, hiding her promotion letter behind her back.  When she got up to me and Em, she couldn't contain her excitement!  She got moved to advanced!!!  We will now be going 2 nights a week instead of just one.  I was so very proud of her for setting her mind to it and going out there, working past her fears and giving it her all!  This called for a celebration!

We surprised her with balloons, her favorite treat of M&Ms, and a shopping trip to the gym store to pick out a new leotard!  Sissy was so proud of her too!
