Ho, Ho, Ho!!!

The day 4 countdown bag had a jingle bell in it...a clue for a trip to see SANTA!!!!!  The girls have been working on their letters for him for weeks but made their final draft today.  Em asked for "things to invent with" because she never really found what she wanted but loves to create things.  We realized that Santa might know of something really cool that she hasn't even heard of, so she decided to leave it up to St. Nick!  Braelyn has been unwavering about wanting an American Girl Doll ever since Santa brought Sissy one last year, however she has changed almost daily which one she wanted!  We have always visited Santa at Market Street in the past but this year we were lucky to be able to have 15 minutes of one on one time with him right here at our neighborhood clubhouse.  When we got inside, Braelyn hopped up on his lap, looked him right in the eye and said "I'm a little bit scared."  It was hilarious!  She said it so matter of fact and her voice did not indicate that she was scared at all!  Emerson was definitely more shy.  She just handed him her letter to read himself instead of telling him what she wanted!  We got a whole memory card of pics to keep...I could hardly narrow them down for this post!  Believe it or not, this wasn't all of them!!
