Christmas Treats

We had planned to go see Santa last Sunday but by the time both girls woke up from their nap we couldn't get there in time.  I had already told Em before she went to sleep that we were going to do something fun when she woke up so I had to think fast.  We went to the store to buy ingredients for Rice Krispie Treats and a Christmas movie while Daddy ordered us a pizza.  While we waited for the pizza we made our treats and then had a pizza picnic in front of Frosty the Snowman...doesn't get much more fun than that!

 It is a wonder we had enough marshmallows to make the treats...every time I looked up she was eating them out of the bag!

I finally realized during the week as we had them for snacks that she called them "rice Christmas treats"!
