9 Amazing Years

On Wednesday, Shawn and I celebrated 9 amazing years of marriage-hard to believe it has been that long!  We have been so blessed over the years to have a marriage filled with total happiness.  It is crazy to look back and to see how far we have come!  9 years ago we were living in low income townhouses in Abilene and now we have a beautiful home in Houston with a beautiful daughter, and another daughter on the way any second.  We have been so blessed to have great jobs, good health, and very little stress.  I am so lucky that God brought us together in computer class almost 11 years ago!  On our actual anniversary, Shawn had to work 7 on 7 for football so we waited until Thursday night to celebrate.  We went to one of our favorite restaurants, Jasper's, for an awesome steak dinner.  It was great having babysitters in town so we could have a night to ourselves!  We got very lucky that we get to hang on to our anniversary, we were a little afraid that Miss Braelyn might make her appearance that day!
