Braelyn has been anxiously awaiting her turn to go to Gransan's house all by herself. The time has finally come and she was not disappointed! She had the best time playing with Gransan and everybody else on the farm. The most important part of the whole thing was she had them all to herself and there was no competing for attention! Whatever Braelyn wanted, Braelyn got! We met in Lufkin on Tuesday for lunch with Janet and Gransan's friend Cindy and then Gransan and Braelyn came home on Friday. It was pretty cute that on Tuesday night, Emerson was pretty thrilled about having her own time at the house with me and Daddy and, in fact, pointed out things that were better with it just being us(for example, there was no arguing between her and Braelyn). By Wednesday night, she was asking when Braelyn was coming home because she missed her! Absence really does make the heart grow fonder!
