Memorial Day

We had a pretty relaxing long weekend. Robin, Ryan, John Ryan, and Nora came for a visit on Saturday on their way to Padre Island. I was interested to see what Emerson thought about other kids coming on her turf and playing with her toys. Other than a minor dispute over her train right when they got here they all had fun together. We went to eat at 7 Leguas and then after some doughnuts on Sunday morning they hit the road again. On Sunday afternoon, Em and I played outside while Shawn cleaned the patio and front porch and on Monday we ran some errands and then cooked hamburgers and put a fire in the firepit.

John Ryan brought his Legos and she loved them...looks like she may have to have some!
