I don't know if I would consider farm life an invention, but clearly Emerson LOVES the time she gets to spend playing on the farm!

Great After School Downtime

It is so fun after a long day at work and school to be able to come home and jump in the pool!  The girls have a blast, particularly playing games with Daddy!  Not quite sure who enjoys the evening more, the kids or us!

First Day of School 2017

So exciting!  Time for another school year and we are ready to rock 1st and 3rd grade!  I love that the girls are always so excited about school and I am so happy that they both have such sweet friends in their classes which always helps with first day jitters.  We absolutely love Snyder and have no doubt that Mrs. Maxwell and Mrs. Tworek will make it a great year!

Meet the Teacher 2017

The girls always look forward to Meet the Teacher night and this year was no different.  Of course, as soon as calls went out to all the parents by the teachers, text messages started flying trying to see who would be in class together.  This year was especially awesome because Emerson found out that she would again have Sofia in her class, and Braelyn and her Sophia are together again too!  We are so excited to see what the year has in store with both Mrs. Maxwell and Mrs. Tworek!

End of Summer Fun

I always try to take off a full week before the girls go back to school for us to get in lots of playing and last minute school shopping.  When I met Gransan to pick them up from their week of fun at the farm, we kicked off our final week of summer fun.  The day after their return, the Collins crew came over for a swimming playdate.  Emerson had wanted to surprise Sofia so we asked Angie not to tell the kids that we now have a pool.  She packed up all their gear to change here so we could pull it off!  We ordered pizza and had so much fun!  Over the weekend Shawn and I decided to take them to Swing Zone for a little golfing fun.

This was the girls first time to have friends over to the pool and they had a blast!

Farm Girls

The girls absolutely love time on the farm.  What is funny is they don't care to leave the farm at all.  Gransan offers to take them to do different things in town, but they love just hanging out, getting good and dirty outside!  Such fun memories they are making!

Braelyn's birthday celebrating continued when she got to Gransan's, and of course, she had to read her card first!

One of their favorite things to do is climbing on the hay.

Helping Jerry on the farm is high on the list too!

Janet was doing so good after her knee surgery and they of course loved going to spend time with her.
