I love the kids' school programs! It drives me crazy that I can't see their every move perfectly because Snyder has such amazing parent involvement that it is absolutely packed every time, but the parts I can see, I love every second of seeing their sweet faces! B did great as a cute little crayon!

We are so blessed to have such great friends that we like to celebrate holidays with. The Collins invited us over to spread the love with some Valentine's Day fun. Angie planned a fun craft and some cookie decorating for the kids to have fun making. She was way more brave than I could ever be-she let them decorate with glitter!!! She may find glitter for years to come!!

Emerson had to complete her first ever science project this year. I couldn't have been more proud of her. She came up with the experiment on her own and conducted the whole thing ON HER OWN. I helped a little bit with how to lay it out on the project board, only because she had never done it and wasn't quite sure how to but she can take full credit for a totally awesome project about magnetism!

Here we are at my favorite night of the year, even though I don't participate! The Daddy/Daughter Dance is such a sweet night for the girls to make special memories with their amazing Daddy. I love seeing them get so excited about looking just perfect for their special date.
Shawn and I always jump at the chance for a date night. It is especially great when we get to couple a date night with the chance to take in a Micky and the Motorcars concert. As always, tonight we had a blast!
As always the girls' report cards showed what an amazing job they are doing at school. We always let them choose how they want to celebrate for their reward. This time they chose to try out a new place called Dough Life that serves edible cookie dough. They serve it up as if you are getting scoops of ice cream-even in a waffle cone if you choose! We are so proud of these girls and love getting to celebrate with them.

The girls' Christmas break lasts so long after New Year's that they got to go spend a week with Gransan on the farm while Daddy and I had to start back to work. I went and spent the night for a little fun too before bringing them home. We had so much fun!
